Forming system of this egg tray machine

Consist of 6 pcs of  forming platens  and 6pc of transfering  platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray  molds can  bemounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle). There are  48pcs of forming molds and 4pcs of transfering molds in total.Forming efficiency:41-42cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drainsystem,auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.

Drying system of this egg tray machine

Outline dimension:3000;10 layer conveying chain;burners with French or Italian brand. The enery foroption:LPG,GAS, diesel oil.Equiped with auto control cabinet.

Stacking system of this egg tray machine

The finsihed products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
